Pere Marquette Township is committed to growth and development in our community.  Toward that end, the Township has developed not one, but TWO park sites to attract and retain businesses, jobs, and ultimately -- happy residents in our community.

The Pere Marquette Industrial Park on Sixth Street was the first park.  This is a "Michigan Certified Business Park", complete with great landscaping and entry signage.  Covenants give it a consistent, professional appearance.  Now that that is nearly filled to capacity, the Township is in the initial stages of developing its second park.

The new park is the First Street Business Park, located between Pere Marquette Highway and Meyers Road, just south of U.S.-10.  This state-of-the-art business location has the latest infrastructure, blending the best of today's technology with the natural and majestic setting of west Michigan.  When more of the details are completed, this park will also be submitted for certification and join its sister park as a Certified Business Park.  Just click the links at the left for more information on this new location.
