Construction/Maintenance Board of Appeals

This board is required by State Statute to exist and be available to hear appeals "If an enforcing agency refuses to grant an application for a building permit, or if the enforcing agency makes any other decision pursuant to or related to this act, or the code, an interested person... may appeal in writing....." (MCL 125.1514, sec. 14 (1) through (4).)
