Zoning Board of Appeals
The Pere Marquette Township Zoning Board of Appeals is the body created through the authority of the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act (110 of 2006). Members are selected for 3-year staggered terms by the Township Supervisor, and appointed by the Township Board.

- Notice and Notification Compliance Regarding Variance Requests
- Consulting on Land Uses within the Township
- Monitoring Non-conforming Uses
- Making Recommendations to the Township Board
