Zoning
Pere Marquette Township has its own Zoning Department which is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Township's Code of Ordinances. Some of the duties of the Zoning Administrator are:
Building & Zoning Fee Schedule, effective February 13, 2024.
If you have a complaint related to a violation of the Township's Zoning Ordinance, please complete the complaint form and return it to the Township Offices.
Burn Permits are administered at the State level: 866.922.2876 or www.michigan.gov/burnpermit
NOTE: Only grass, leaves and brush may be burned. Cut lumber, building materials, garbage, etc., ARE NOT legal to burn.
